Há alguns dias recebi uma mensagem da Play Store informando que eu precisaria adequar meu app para que ele possa continuar sendo atualizado. (Conforme print 1)
Tentei atualizar o app para ver se resolvia e a atualização foi recusada (Conforme print 2)

Olá, você não precisa fazer nada… nós já ajustamos a tecnologia aqui para que isso não dê problemas para você. Se vc quiser indicamos uma atualização nas lojas mas isso não é obrigatório.

Entendo Bruna, mas e o aviso que está lá no Play Console? Diz que o prazo para eu atualizar o app e cumprir alguns requisitos de nível desejado da API é até o dia 1 de Novembro, caso contrário meu app não poderá mais ser atualizado. Se vocês corrigiram, era para o aviso ter sumido, certo?
Outra coisa, eu tentei atualizar o app e foi rejeitado, você viu o print aí? Nunca tive problema para atualizar o app na versão android, essa foi a primeira vez.

Bom dia à todos, a versão mais recente do app da Fabapp já foi atualizada com os últimos requisitos do Google Play. Caso queira atualizar, não terá nenhum problema.

Como informei anteriormente e inclusive enviei o print, eu tentei atualizar, porém o Google recusou.
No print eu mostro o motivo que eles informaram, que é porque o app não obedece as políticas do programa para desenvolvedores do Google Play. Não sei como prosseguir. Podem me ajudar?

- If you have written documentation proving government affiliation or authorization to facilitate government services through your app:
- Submit the written documentation through the Advance Notice Form. If you already submitted it, please wait for a response to your Advance Notice Form submission.
- If you don’t have government affiliation or authorization to facilitate government services through your app, follow these steps:
- Clarify and/or add to the information in your app.
* Identify a clear source of government information.
* Include in the app an easy-to-see disclaimer stating that the app doesn’t represent a government entity.
* Check your app’s store listing page for compliance and add the same disclaimer there too, if needed. - Double-check that your app complies with all other Developer Program policies.
- Sign in to your Google Play Console account and submit the update to your app.
- Users need clear information about how your app handles their data. In your privacy policy, describe how your app accesses, collects, uses, and shares data and how it limits the use of data to the purposes disclosed.
- Make sure your privacy policy is available via a valid active URL. It can’t be a PDF or a doc link.
- Ensure that your policy is non-editable.
- Include links to your privacy policy on your app’s store listing page and in your app.
- Add or update your privacy policy.
About the Misleading Claims policy
We don’t allow apps that contain false or misleading information or claims, including in the description, title, icon, and screenshots. This includes apps that falsely claim affiliation with a government entity or to provide or facilitate government services for which they are not properly authorized.
If your app provides government-related information, you must provide the sources of the information in the app description and a clear disclaimer that you do not represent the government entity.
If you have written documentation proving government affiliation or authorization to facilitate government services through your app, please submit the verifying documents through the Advance Notice Form.
